Bocenago and Caderzone Terme
Bocenago is a characteristic mountain village of Alta Val Rendena located at only 5 km from Pinzolo and 13 km from Madonna di Campiglio.
Perched on the right side of the Valley as you ascend from Tione di Trento toward Campiglio, Bocenago lies off the Tione-Spiazzo-Pinzolo-Campiglio route, making it the perfect destination for true mountain lovers seeking peace away from the crowds.
The village is ancient and rich in timeless mountain buildings, you’ll also find a charming little museum that preserves the heritage of Old Rendena.
The parish church of Santa Margherita, dating back to 1345, is one of the oldest in Trentino.
Bocenago is also a popular destination for golf enthusiasts, as it features a beautiful 9-holes course that hosts high-level competitions.
Just above the village, a lovely and easy walk through the woods leads to the small yet charming Masanel Waterfall.
From here you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Adamello-Presanella mountain group.

The village extends towards Pinzolo, through the Piana di Caderzone, rich in old farmhouses and agricultural estates.
In summer, the surrounding meadows echo with the mooing of the Rendena heifers, the native breed of cows from the Val Rendena whose rich milk is used to make exquisite cheeses, both fresh and aged. The Agricultural Festival, held every summer in this plain, draws visitors from all over Italy for its unique event, which closely resembles the
festivals and fairs of South Tyrol.
